In 2022, I was hired to join a team tasked with adapting technical support services to a new territory—a role that immediately sparked my interest. 
I was drawn to the challenge of balancing technology and storytelling, two areas I am passionate about. The way a company communicates with its customers is, to me, a cornerstone of its success, and this position allowed me to make a tangible impact on that dynamic.
Working within a large international company gave me invaluable insights into global strategies and how to tailor them effectively for local markets.
